Scheduling
Hair Salon and Wig Studio appointments can be made by phone at 817.332.9100. All of our services and consultations require a valid credit card or gift certificate number at the time of booking to reserve your appointment for first time clients only unless the services being booked are under $250. All consultations for hair extensions require a credit card to book appointment times.

Standing Appointments
A standing reservation guarantees that you will enjoy the day, time, or designer of your choice, every time you visit. It's the most consistent way to look and feel your best. To schedule your standing appointment, simply inform our reservationist upon check-out or contact our front desk by calling 817.332.9100.

Punctuality
Salon guests should arrive promptly at the time of scheduled appointment. If you are late, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten your service or reschedule. We're committed to offering all of our guests a reliable timetable.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary, and with a 24-hour notice or more there is never a charge. If you are unable to make your appointment without calling and canceling prior, there may be a charge of 100% of the service price.

All multiple service and group reservations require payment in advance. We require a 72-hour notice of cancellation for multiple service and group reservations. These appointments canceled without the benefit of notice will incur a 50% charge for those services canceled. No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the cost of services booked. Gift certificates are considered payments in advance and, therefore, subject to the same policy. Charges will be made on credit cards or deducted from gift certificates that were used as security for reservations.

Gratuities
We're often asked about gratuities. No gratuity charge will be automatically added to your bill or gift certificate. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20% which may be added at the time of check-out in the form of cash, check or charge.

Gift Certificates
Stylemakers gift certificates make an ideal gift for any occasion. Certificates are available for specific services, packages, salon products or any dollar amount starting at $25. Gift certificates may be redeemed for any service or products, but are non-refundable.

“I tried this salon out on Saturday and was very happy with the results. My hair was a little bit green because of the chlorine in my pool I guess. They suggested the Bonacure 2 step enzyme treatment. It really worked. My hair's not green anymore and it feels and smells great. Anyway, everyone was very nice. They even have someone who goes around to see if you need anything to drink or read while your getting your hair done.”

“I have had my hair and nails done there and could not be happier. Actually, my stylist cut and colored my hair and is fantastic. She is sweet natured and professional and really takes the time to figure out what you want. I will keep going back to her. I don't think the stylists set the prices, I bet that is up to management. The place is not cheap, but then I guess you get what you pay for. If you want cheap prices, go to a strip mall. Also, the girl at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming.”
