Swedish Massage
A relaxing or therapeutic type of massage using a combination of long,
medium and short strokes. Great for stress relief, relaxation or for sore muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage
A therapeutic massage using a combination of slow and intense massage
strokes across the grain of the muscle to help promote healing of physical
injuries, chronic tension and emotional stresses within the body. Much
greater pressure is used to penetrate deeper layers of the muscle.

Hot Stone Massage
The therapist uses smooth Basalt stones that are heated to massage the body
and help the muscles relax. The therapist can address specific problem areas
with deeper pressure and more detailed work due to the hardness of the
stones. A swedish style massage is performed along with the hot stone.

1-1/2 hour - $105.00

Trigger Point Release
Firm pressure is applied to specific points in muscles that are referring
pain to other parts of the body. Releasing the muscles in these areas will
help relieve the pain in other parts of the body. This technique is usually
an add-on to a Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage.

Reflexology Feet and Hands
Thera peutic method of stimulating the nerves of the body to encourage
the flow of blood, helping to relieve pain and stress in the body. This is done
by pressing on predefined pressure points in the hands and feet. This
technique is usually an add-on to a Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage.
