- Opti-Smooth Thermal Straightening is a permanent smoothing system that fortifies, protects and conditions hair throughout the straightening process. You will be amazed how soft and silky your hair is when you leave the salon. The Opti-Smooth process, which removes frizz and curl permanently from the hair and can be applied in one of two ways:
- Cold Smoothing, which removes excess frizz but allows clients to keep some of their curl. No heat is used in the process.
- Heat Smoothing, which removes 100% of your curl and frizz permanently by neutralizing the hair AFTER is has been completely flat ironed.
- Global Keratin Brazilian Straightening which is recommended for finer hair or hair that has been previously straightened or highlighted. This service is semi-permanent (lasts 10-12 weeks), but it is gentler on the hair than standard thermal straightening. This treatment puts an end to curly, wavy, frizzy, overly voluminous or unmanageable hair. Its unique biopolymer ingredient is virtually a "liquid form of hair" that uses smaller keratin molecules to penetrate the hair cortex, internally improving and repairing the quality of the hair shaft and preventing further damage. The added strength, elasticity and moisture result in smooth, soft, shiny and straightened hair.
